Basic First Aid Skills Course

In celebration of World First Aid Day 2025 and in collaboration with the Red Crescent Center in Al-Muzahimiyah, the Deanship of the Common First Year and Basic Sciences organized a training course on Basic First Aid Skills on Monday, September 15, 2025.

The course featured hands-on training in four essential first aid skills:

 1. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

 2. Use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

 3. Managing Choking Incidents

 4. Controlling Bleeding

The event was attended by the Supervisor of the Deanship, Dr. Ayed Al-Ghamdi, faculty members, administrative staff, and a large number of students. The course was distinguished by active engagement, interactive participation, and practical application, reinforcing the importance of first aid knowledge and skills.
