Stress Management Lecture

The Deanship of the Common First Year and Basic Sciences in Al-Muzahimiyah, represented by the Cultural and Social Club and in collaboration with Al-Muzahimiyah General Hospital, organized a scientific lecture entitled “Stress Management” on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the Deanship Auditorium.

The lecture was delivered by:

• Specialist Muneera Al-Qahtani

• Specialist Laila Al-Salman

This lecture comes as part of the Deanship’s efforts to raise awareness about the effects of stress and psychological pressure on individuals’ physical and mental health, and to promote effective coping strategies aimed at fostering a healthy academic and educational environment for students and staff of Al-Muzahimiyah Colleges.
